Meet Aina

Hey — I’m Aina.

Ever since I was little, I’ve been fascinated by people. I wanted to understand why some people come alive and create extraordinary lives… while others stay stuck repeating the same painful patterns over and over again.

That curiosity turned into a lifelong adventure.

Over the past two decades, I’ve coached, trained, and worked with thousands of people around the world — from entrepreneurs, creatives, and visionary leaders to beautiful everyday humans trying to find their way through life a little more joyfully and authentically.

My work has taken me all over the world teaching and learning, collecting insights, stories, and little treasures along the way. Sometimes sitting around village fires. Sometimes wandering through the streets of a city I’d never seen before. Sometimes finding myself on yachts or in palaces wondering how on earth I ended up there.

I’ve explored the forest, found some treasure maps, fallen into a few rivers, learned some powerful things… and I still feel wildly curious about life and the beautiful mystery of being human.

Pippi Power

I was born in Norway with an adventurous spirit and a kind heart, and grew up running wild through the magical forests of Norway.

My great-grandmother Gudrun — a wise, earthy woman with a warrior’s heart — taught me to forage, embrace nature, and cook with joy. She carried the strength and resilience of her Viking ancestors and had very little patience for the words “I can’t.” Because of her, I learned to figure things out, get back up quickly when I fell, and trust myself enough to create my own map for life.

I was the child with wind in my hair and dirt under my nails — building treehouses out of scrap wood, jumping onto the backs of farmers’ horses at dusk, and lining up the neighbourhood kids on rocks in the forest to give motivational speeches about believing in themselves and living adventurous lives. (Their parents were not always thrilled about this.)

And when I wasn’t out exploring the world, I usually had my nose buried in a book. I was endlessly fascinated by life, human nature, healing, magic, psychology, mystery, and the big questions of why we are the way we are. Many nights ended under the blankets with a flashlight and “just one more chapter.”

A little bit Pippi Longstocking. A little bit philosopher. A little bit treasure hunter.

I didn’t wait for permission to live life. I climbed straight into the adventure — and, I still do.

From Wounds
to Wisdom

But the truth is, I also had another childhood.

One was wild, free, adventurous, and filled with imagination. The other unfolded quietly behind closed doors.

Inside my home, things did not always feel safe. My mother — a strong, gifted, charismatic woman (a Leo, of course 😄) — carried pain she did not know how to heal. And like so many families, that pain travelled through generations before eventually landing in mine.

I learned to become very good at pretending everything was fine. I hid my feelings, stayed hyper-aware of everyone around me, and slowly drifted away from parts of myself along the way.

Underneath it all, I often felt alone, disconnected, and as though something about me was fundamentally wrong.

And somewhere in the middle of all that pain, confusion, and searching… my deeper journey began.”

The Seeker’s Path

With a healthy dose of Pippi-style curiosity, stubbornness, and “I’ll figure it out somehow” energy — and driven by a deep longing to heal — I went on my own seeker’s quest to understand what actually helps people change, grow, heal, and come alive.

I turned over every stone looking for the missing pieces.

I studied endlessly. Filled notebooks. Read mountains of books late into the night. Followed teachers, methods, philosophies, healing paths, mystical traditions, psychology, body-based work, spiritual practices, and pretty much anything that seemed to hold a clue about how humans actually work.

I never cared much about collecting titles or trying to sound impressive. (Though I do have a slightly ridiculous drawer full of certifications somewhere. )

I wanted the real thing.

I wanted healing that actually changed people’s lives. I wanted freedom. Joy. Aliveness. I wanted to understand why some people stay trapped in the same cycles for years while others somehow break through and create extraordinary lives.

And in the end, it was not the theories that taught me the most.

It was lived experience. The shaking. The grief. The breath. The falling apart and rebuilding. The moments of remembering who I really was underneath all the fear, conditioning, pain, and survival patterns.

Little by little, I began understanding how deeply our inner world shapes the life we experience — and how real transformation happens when change reaches the body, not just the mind.

And slowly, life began shifting too. My relationships changed. My creativity exploded. New opportunities appeared. I felt freer, more alive, more myself. Less like I was surviving life… and more like I was finally living it.

Step by step, year by year, I developed the tools, insights, and methods that now form the foundation of my work.

Its Time for YOU

Somewhere along the way — after years of teaching, coaching, learning, travelling, falling apart, rebuilding myself, and watching people transform their lives in ways that honestly still amaze me — something became very clear:

Most people are carrying far more joy, creativity, love, brilliance, magic, and untapped life force than they realise.

My work is about helping you reconnect with that.

Not by turning you into some perfectly healed, enlightened human who drinks green juice on a mountain top and never gets triggered again

But by helping you clear the noise, untangle the old stories, and reconnect with the deeper, wiser, more alive parts of yourself that were there all along.

Because when something truly shifts inside us, life has a interesting and mysterious way of responding.

You begin trusting yourself a little more. The things that once felt impossible suddenly feel strangely doable. You find yourself saying yes to things you would once have overthought for six months. Ideas start arriving. Energy returns. Creativity wakes up again.

And then life starts becoming interesting in new ways.

The right people appear at the right moment. Opportunities show up out of nowhere. One small decision somehow changes the direction of everything. It can feel a bit like following a trail of breadcrumbs through an enchanted forest… except the forest is your own life.

And the funny thing is, none of this really comes from becoming flawless or finally “getting life right.” It comes from becoming more honest, more alive, and more fully yourself.

That’s the adventure I want to invite you into.

We heal the inner world
and the outer world transforms through pure alignment.

A Few Little Things
About Me

I love, love, love elephants — wise, playful, gentle giants with enormous hearts and emotional intelligence that honestly puts most of us humans to shame.

My happy places are wild nature, magical forests, and wandering slightly lost through a city I’ve never explored before — preferably after following something that “looked interesting” down a random side street.

I still line people up on metaphorical rocks to share what I’ve learned about life. Some things never change.

I collect books, strange little treasures, unexpected insights, and those beautiful moments that suddenly make life feel bigger, richer, more magical, and wildly alive.

Cooking is one of my favourite forms of meditation. Feed people something delicious, add deep conversations and the kind of laughter that makes your belly ache, and suddenly life feels a whole lot more magical.

Come Join me

I send weekly-ish love notes, real talk, little treasures, and tools that genuinely help life feel lighter, freer, and more interesting — along with the occasional reminder that life is meant to be an adventure.

With love, courage, and a lot of playfulness,
